ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT

Meadows Christian Academy provides open enrolment for Kindergarten through grade 9.  Parents and students are required to abide by the policies found within the school handbook. 

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  1. Fill out the admissions forms (Links below)

  2. Book an appointment in order to do the following:

    1. ​​​​Take a tour of the school (if not already completed)

    2. Meet with the principal

    3. Have your child complete an academic assessment

    4. Ensure all admission documentation is up to date

  3. Registration Fee: Admission is conditional until the registration fee has been paid in full

School fees / tuition information can be found under the "Financial Policies" section of the Student Handbook.​

2024-2025 Re-Enrollment

  • If you are a current MCA family re-enrolling a child(ren) into Grades 1-9 please fill out one"Student Re-enrollment Form" for each child you are re-enrolling. 

2024-2025 New Student Enrollments
(and all Kindergarten Enrollments)

  • If you are enrolling a student new to MCA (in any grade) please fill out one "New Student Enrollment" form for each student you are seeking to enroll. 

MCA Waitlist Form

  • If you would like to enroll a student for school years starting 2025-2026, please fill out a waitlist form.
